Have the worst headache ever

I am 27 years old with really bad anxiety has been really bad for months now . I have lots of symptoms including pains in chest palpatations numbness muscle twitching a and numbness last night I was up the full night with the worst headache I have ever had right behind my right eye I was in agony is headaches related to anxiety have had sore heads before but nothing like last night eventually got some sleep and woke up feeling horrible gp has me on propanonol and sertraline don't seem to be doing much

    Palpitation?? Does it feel like your heart is flopping in your chest. I just had that couple hours ago it last so long this time that my huband caught it when he listened

      Yes that's exactly what it's like even feel like it's stopped for a second then starts again it's terrible the propanonol seems to have helped with that a bit but I still feel terrible

      is propanonol a beta blocker? I have had an EKG, and echo, but my dr. says "Im 32, no problems!" he doesnt speak very good english. The heart thing gives me anxiety even when Ive been on a good path. My heart didnt do much of this before, so why now is it almost everyday!

      Yes the propananol is a beta blocker I was getting a lot of palpatations pains in my chest and flutters that seems to have settled in have contestant weakness in my arms and legs tho and numbness it's horrible but since the propanonol the chest pains have certainly calmed down
