Are you feeling any pain? Discharge? , ive been having a similar issue. Appeared in clumps. My first thought was herpes honestly. I went and got checked for all the STDs and everything came back negative, herpes included. i set up a dermatology appointment coming up soon. i can let you know what they say about it. knowing its not STD related is great but no man wants something on his junk. Don't get over stressed, go get checked and keep living. trust me that the rabbit hole of depression will NOT help. Do some research on Balantis, now that i know its not an STD balantis makes more sense. cleaning the skin on the penis properly. Sometimes certain soaps cause it as well, for me i believe it was old spice. Since i stopped using it i dont have any of the itching or pain i was experiencing. hoping the Dermatologist will prescribe something that can clear it up!

    Hello!

I have the same exact little white clusters on me too. I'm uncircumcised as well, and they're fordyce spots! They're pretty common a lot of ppl have them, what's sweet is as you get a little bit older they will be smaller. The one thing is in some cases they can get to be pretty itchy, they were when I was like 15, but they're normal and I wouldn't fret too much. I'm 19btw. Hope that helps, if any other symptoms are going on these threads are a pretty great place!
