I did not know until recently that there is such a thing as Women's. Health. Physiotherapy where you can be shown specific exercises that can help with the flexibility of the tissues of the vagina and promote vaginal health. Vaginal dilators are also available on the NHS in a variety of increasing sizes to gently stretch the muscular wall to enable better flexibility. Pester your. GP!!

      Hello you can get them on prescription but you can also buy therm on the internet is up to you jeda

      Yes with persistence and consistent use. They can be uncomfortable to start with. You can get an idea from how you cope with cervical smear tests! You can get different sizes and kits that adapt as you stretch. Talk to your GP she will be able to give you the low down and to prescribe too. JEDA
