Haven't gotten my period for a few weeks now, don't know what's happening?

To start off, no I am not pregnant lol. I had a UTI back in March which was pretty severe, and another infection in April which was a bit more mild, but all in all both did quite a number on my body. I haven't had my period since before the second infection. I'm starting to suspect that maybe these infection did more damage than I initially thought. Idk this is just me speculating. If anyone has any idea what this could be, please feel free to let me know.
