Have you tried anything to help you sleep?  Like an over the counter aid, or melatonin?  Do you take any other medications?

Hi Justin, my husband has severe insomnia and has struggled with sleep for year until recently. He is doing much much better now. ( In the past he has gone to the point of hilusinasions and a complete 7 days without one second of sleep). A few things that have helped him: Try watching these YouTube videos below. And do NOT watch tv, play with your phone, ECT for at the very least 30 mins before bed. The light from screens mess with your brain chemicals and doesn't allow your body to produce the correct chemicals for sleep. Try reading a book before bed to calm your brain down. Also try using an essential oil such as lavender that promotes sleep. Hope this helps.
