having a bad day lsr

having a verrrry bad day today in a lot of pain ! why is it you can have a couple of good days and them Bam the pain is back ( where did it go and why did it come back?!!!!) i did the same as most days exercises, tablets, a couple of hours at work and a walk. very rarely are any 2 days the same (why why and why!) Fed up and need cheering up (please send me a joke)

Going to phyiso today for more accupunture so that should ease it for a little bit.

    Hiya lana lsr... Its ok to come in here and post...We of all people understand what its like to have bad days..... :cry: I really hope you get some relief from the Physio so it eases up for you..... :doctor:

    hello jas, thanks for the joke v funny ( i should know im blonde too ..well bottle blonde!!) it has cheered me up .

    Had accupunture at the pyhiso yesterday so dont feel too bad today but was told by the phyiso that i can only have one more treatment at this time as ive gone over my quota!(even though she says there is some improvement and doesnt want to stop) the only way to carry on with the accupunture is if i go to the doctors and tell them i feel an improvement so i go back on the waiting list and start again! so, that is what i will do,

    hope you are good today and enjoying the sunshine.

    i will try and get hubby to do some gardening today (and i can watch co's cant do any as ive got a poorly neck!!!) take care all
