Having a swollen meatus for almost 2 years now... I don’t think its normal..

Hello everyone! I have been reading many forums about the same condition as me, So I got this swelling last 2018 I am just taking a shower and nothing usual... then I noticed that my meatus is swollen... I am not sexually active with a person, but I often masterbate everyday for a long time and rarely I experience any pain or burning sensation whenever I do it. I also had been to a urologist twice and gotten my second opinion... My first consultation was okay at first he prescribed me some antibiotics and some vitamins to boost my immunity against possible diseases, he also injected me something on my butt but I don't know that specifics but I know that it is related to my concern. My consultation with my first uro also asked me if I'm sexually active to an another person specifically with the same sex coz' it might lead to a cause such a gonorrhea . But I told him that I haven't had any experince using my thing with another people. After a few months of treatment nothing seems to work so I consulted for a second opinion... but surprisingly my doctor said nothing seems to be wrong with my meatus, I am just shook because for me it doesn't seem normal. So after a while of being with this problem, I usually get used to it although sometimes it's uncomfortable when you look at it. Can you give me some tips if you resolved this kind of issue of yours? Thank you so much!!!

I have a similar meatus from the last 15 years. I am 28 now.
It is nothing. Stop worrying about it.

Thank you so much for your response. I really appreciate it, but can I ask? Is your meatus turning red and looked more swollen after you masterbate?

Yes redness is normal after masturbation.

Is yours like this too? Have you told your urologist about your case too?

As Amarjeet has stated this simply can be the way that a Meatus can develop naturally.
The first Urologist you saw checked that there was no possible cause and the second Urologist has confirmed that nothing is wrong.
It may be an idea for you to ease back on the amount of masturbating you do: change what you do -
.
.
The essential if you apply anything to your penis for masturbation - such as an oil, cream or lotion you must totally avoid this coming into contact with your Meatus

Hello, thank you so much for your response. It really mean a lot to me, but do you think its normal that it turns red after you masterbate and it looks more wide and swollen even if I don't feel anything? Even when I urinate???
Also do you think its the effect of puberty on me?? Does it also has a factor on my aging??

No, this is not normal - if a problem did not exist it would be able to withstand normal activity, particularly when you are simply urinating, given normal circumstance the Meatus has developed to be able to deal with these issues - currently yours is unable to deal with these activities.
In terms of 'problem' however, your issue may simply be down to the amount of masturbation you engage in - the ONLY way to tell whether the issue would resolve it self if no further irritation were present is to stop ALL masturbation for 7 to 9 months - and yes, if it is severely irritated this is the length of time it will take for healing to take place and for it to develop the natural resilience it once had

Thank you for your response again. This is the picture after I masterbated, yet I'm quite cautious about this. Can I ask? Are you a doctor or something? Because you suggested me to abstain for like half a year, is it the only way for it to stop being like this?

No I have no medical background, why knowledge is based on having a severe, incurable penile skin condition.
I tried to resolve my issues myself and in the process of that I made my condition much worse. As a result of my experiences I came to understand that penile skin is very unlike skin elsewhere on the body - when there are issues present these take much longer for penile skin to recover and fully heal, but this can only happen when the conditions are right for healing - if you masturbate, or have sex this is an extreme source of irritation to skin on the head and foreskin of the penis.
This equates to: if masturbation and / or sex is taking place and there is an issue present then recovery and healing cannot take place
