Having an terrible time with copd and panic attacks and totally alone.

I live in Canada in a small town on Vancouver Island in B.C.  No friends or

family close by.  In the process of selling my house and can't seem to

control the panic attacks due to lack of breath from the copd.  Doctors are

hard to come by here and mine is an hour or so away.  Afraid to drive now or even leave the house as these attacks are coming on more and

more.  Any suggestions?

You don't mention how old are you? Start living with some friend or family member. Things will be far better

I am 65 years old, used to be a youngish 65, not so anymore.  There is

no family members or friends that can take me in, if there was I would

be there in a heartbeat.  Thanks.

Thanks Ada, appreciate your comments and advice.  Will most definitely

look at Facebook support groups.  Is this in the UK?  I'm in Canada.
