Having bowel issues, what could that be?

Hi, there

I am 27 years old and I've been having some trouble with my intestine for over an year now. I've been having constipation on and off alternating witn some diarrhea. Plus, whenever I eat I get gas and feel really bloated. Also, recently I've felt like gas something like gas is trapped in my lower left abdomen. I can feel a sausage-shaped lump right in this part of my abdomen. Some people have said that could be my sigmoid colon that I can feel. Is that possible? I haven't had any blood in my stools, lost weight or had anemia. I got a stool test and and a blood test and both came back normal except for my stool sample, which they found some undigested food in. Do you have any suggestions as to waht it might be? Do you think this might be IBS, diverticulitis or colon cancer? I'd really love to get some input from you. Thank you!
