Having chest pains I'm 31 is it a heart attack? PE? I'm scared.

I'm 31 Yr old female, have severe anxiety, was in 80mg of Propranolol, but last couple months been cutting down, so for a week now been down to 10mg a day.

Last day or so, particularly today, I've been getting a mild jabbing pain in my upper chest, above the left breast area, in between the ribs there and it only happens every so often, it all the time. It's like a little thumping pain. When I check my oximeter, I can see my pulse, sometimes it looks like it jumps up and down again but I dont know. My oxygen is 94-98%, my heart rate is 60-90's. But the beating itself seems to jump a littlw but I'm not sure I just feel very anxious and panicky about this.

Also, my back left shoulder blade is very tender and aching, making a lot of crunching noises when I move it. I can hear it crack if I stretch at all. That has been bothering me for a while. I work from home, so am at the computer most of the day. Not sure if that contributes to anything.

I'm 31, female, little overweight, don't drink or smoke, don't do drugs. Probably not as active as I should be though.

Im afraid that it's a heart attack, or a Pulmonary Embolism or something g terribly serious, I'm so afraid. What is going on?

I was only at my doctors a week ago, he listened to my heart and said it sounded fine but I'm scared.

Meant to say above, it's not consistent chest pains, it's now and then it happens, not constant.
