Having Itching on Penis please help!!?

from a weeks having Itching on penis at start even it touches clothes it hurts the penis head a lot.

so to avoid rigidity i started wrapping in it the tissue papers daily but don't know why is this itching and it's becoming worsen.

itching is also on legs.

in start itching was on whole body but after 3 injections continuously

it stopped on body and also reduced a bit on legs and penis

but now on penis it's getting worsen and i never had sex.
