Having some knee problems, not sure if they are knee related

Hi.

Past week suddenly my knees were starting to buckle, some pain and clicking. It only got worse in a matter of days I couldn't stand up for 1 second. At ER they diagnosed me with Arthritis ( without doing any xray ). I am 27 and I am active. Went to an Ultrasound, the doc said both knees are fine and the issue might be some STD-related problem. I am now waiting for some urine and blood tests for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea. HIV came negative. I can walk now.

My main concern at the moment is on my right knee Ive been having what looks like a lipoma. Been having it since 2017. Didn't bother me. It grew in size only when I gained weight. I don't think it grew anymore but with all the knee issues my mind can be paranoid. Various docs always told me its a lipoma but they did not do any tests and I shouldn't worry. At first I tought the knee issues might be from this. But its both knees who were presenting sympyoms.

What do you think this is? What is the chance of being a sarcoma? Which doc should I go and to do what tests? Is ultra-sound efficient to differentiate them two?

Those issues all combined really affected my sleep for the past week.

Thanks.
