Having some pains.

I feel as if my heart is skipping a beat, my heart rate is all kinds of jumping around, going to 145 then drops to 50. when that happens it feels like im choking or as if i couldn't breathe for a few seconds, i get dizzy, light headed and my whole left arm and shoulder just feels numb, it hurts in my upper back so bad i can not get comfortable. I break out in sweat just randomly, and then just get real cold. I hurt like in between my breast bone. Whar could this be and do i need to go to a ER. Ive been to my doctor she did a ekg and blood work and said all that was fine and to just take a vitamin for my pains but that is not helping. I am only 21 years old and i have a 2 year old daughter, i want to get to the bottom of this and get better for her sake. Can anyone help me out with some answers please.

When you have another turn, don;t wait, call an ambulance, they will record what your heart is doing you need that recording when it is happening, not a couple of days or even hours afterwards.

You can get rather expensive fitbits that record your heart rate, here in australia I know of one patient who's fit bit finally recorded what was happening and that solved a long term problem that the Dr's couldn;t seem to find when they tested him previously, end result one pacemaker to regulate his heart when it insisted on going out of rythum.

While it's possible that you might have irritation of the C6,C7,C8 nerve roots in the neck, the overlap of symptoms with a genuine heart problem is too great to ignore.

Well i went back to my doctor due to not feeling any better and she just told me she thinks it is anxiety, does this sound right with the symptoms i am having? She gave me 2 different medicines to take but not sure if to take them when it doesn't sound right to me.
