Having suffered with this painful condition on and off for twenty years,i am now 53 and finding where it used to only affect my neck and shoulders,it now appears to be at the base of my spine with several bouts of pins and needles in my fingers.i do not find doctors or consultants very helpful as they only say "it will ease in time"!having only had one x-ray 15years ago,i am now considering asking for a scan,as this last episode has lasted 3 months and i think unless you push for help your unlikely to get it!:ill:

pain all but gone, sleeping 100 times better, I wish I had done it years ago, the best £95-00 I have ever spent.

I sympathise with you greatly. If you have a lok at my recent postings un the section for Cervical Spondylosis, you will see that I suffered very similar symptoms to yourself and now I am in agonising and chronic pain 9 months down the line, with the Doctors basically not knowing what now to do and refusing to give stronger pain killers.
I haven't had a good nights sleep in months now due to this pain and it is affecting my day to day life greatly in that I am too tired to do anything and in too much pain as well.
I have received very little in the way of help from the health service and phone calls go ignored to my surgery.
I am expected to live in pain now because of my Doctors failure to listen to me and how my symptoms are.
I wish you the very best in receiving the treatment you need.

Fortunately no pain killers or anti-inflammatory medicines to make things worse.
