Hello,

2 weeks back I had a sexual encounter with a sex worker . I used a condom but we casually kissed and I had oral contact with her nipples. There was no oral or anal sex involved . But 2 weeks passed and I have slight throat redness and pain and also cough. Along with these , I am also having a lesion type of spot which is smooth to touch on my scrotum . Moreover, there is a slight pimple like bump on the skin underneath my penile cavity . Both of these don't itch or burn nor are painful to touch and are not oozing or anything else . I've added the pictures below . I am really worried and paranoid for the past 2 weeks . Can anyone please suggest me what these things are on my penis and scrotum ? Thank you .

It is unlikely what you have on your scrotum is connected with your recent sexual activity as it is most likely to have been there for sometime. However, to get an accurate diagnosis you would need to see a medical professional - to allay your concerns it would be best to see a Sexual Health / STI Clinic professional.

They can also check out what you have on your penis

Thank you for your response . I got it checked by a doctor of medicine and he prescribed me Miconazole nitrate+ Hydrocortisone tropical cream and Salicylic acid gel for this for 1 month .
