last night I had a ringing and electric jolt sort or feeling in my head and my face felt really heavy and my body was tingling then I woke up. Anyone else have anything like this or know what it could be?. I am a hypercondriac so I am thinking the worst!. I've been to the gym this morning and feel fine now?.

    Hi there,

Were you in a deep sleep and the symptons actually woke you up? Good being a hypocondriac, at least cuatious! Alot will depend on your lifestyle in regards to how deep you sleep, but you said you went to the gym so im thinking your on the right track but without knowing surrounding factors its hard to say.

Hey I'm not to sure if j was in a deep sleep or not!? It takes me a long time to sleep I drift in and out. I feel fine and have been going gym and cutting out alcohol and sh*thouse foods!.

      See how things go!.

Also it may be good to keep things written down to refer back too at a later date. Connecting what you done in the day, how you slept ect & what you ate ( you can later look back on this )   Just a thought !

Amazing idea. I think it was the bad lifestyle I was living, I've been eating clean and going to gym every day. Maybe it was just my body telling me enough!!
