Having withdrawals and I’m very scared… could use some reassurance

Posted , 3 users are following.

A little under a week without taking Mirt and I have no appetite and am noticing I'm getting more anxious at night... I've been reading here about people who have been withdrawing for months and I'm scared that this will last forever. I quit 7.5mg on Tuesday and I've barely eaten since. I don't want to starve to death, I'm only 22 years old

i was on 7.5 for about 6 months and then took another 6 months to taper off by tiny increments every 2 weeks. still took about 8 or 9 weeks for withdrawal to improve. youre very early in withdrawal and i dont know how long you took mirtazapine but things will i,prove slowly.

How are you now Mimi? I saw you were having problems a few weeks back? I stopped at 3.75mg a month ago. It has been a really tough month but I'm starting to see a little light come through.

I hope you are well on the road to recovery.
