HBS Ag positive and HBV DNA undetected. what shoud i do?

I am 30 years old and HBS Ag Positive. i is identified about 8 years ago. 6 Nov 2017 i tested HBV DNA is undetected , SGPT 96 . i am taking medicine from last 4 years as doctor advised. is it eve possible to make HBS Ag negative and take Vaccine.?

    HBsAg can turn negative.

    The more important number is SGPT.

    Are you on Peg-Interferon?

    No . I am taking Entecavir INN 0.5mg & lmg/tablet , 1 tab per day at morning. is it will be helpful to turn HBS Ag negative?  last 3 years i have SGPT value is over the normal value and it is around 100 . is it indicate damaging liver ? What will be the better way to follow now?
