After jumping on my trampoline yesterday, I felt my heartbeat (it's a addiction) but when I felt it, I swear to god it was murmuring like crazy. Every beat was making this shhhushhing sound with the beat. I had an adrenaline rush, ran inside to my mom to tell her to feel my heart she said it was fine, so when I felt it, it went back to normal!!!! I dont know what that was!
Back in January when I went to my second pediatric cardiologist, one of the assistant cardiologists to the actual doctor felt my heart and said there was a murmur, but that soo many young adults have them and it's nothing to worry about. No other doctor has mentioned a murmur except her. So im just scared I might have some valve defect and then Im gonna have a heart failure and die or I have some type of cardiomyopathy!!!
Ive been to many doctors, done more EKG's than most people have. I think like.. 6 actual EKG's, one echo in august, and one stress test, plus 4 week moniter, holter too. So yeah.
Listen, I might be blowing things out of proportion, but even the doctor said I might have innapropriate sinus tachycardia or SVT, because my heart beats faster than normal for my age.
Im just scared while Im playing sports I will drop dead like famous athletes have. And I cant get my mind off the murmur. I get panic attacks during exercise, well thats what my parents say, but I still think its either some sign that my heart is failing, or something like SVT.
These panic attacks started last July in the middle of my soccer match. There was 5 minutes left, I sprinted down the field got the ball and scored. And while I was celebrating with my friends, everything felt off. I dont remember feeling my heart rate, so I dont know how fast it was going to be if it could have been SVT. I felt numb all over my body and kept pinching myself to see if I could still feel my body. My hearing dulled. I couldnt feel my legs. So I just ran off the pitch, trembling and shaking like crazy. Ive only had two of these attacks that were reall bad and they were both during soccer when I wasnt anxious at all.
The fastest my heart has ever gone was in the 230's to 240's. But Im a teen so I dont know if that is normal. I just need advice so pls help.
P.S those attack only happen 90% time with exersize, and thats why I dont really know if my heart suddenly returns to normal rhythm because my heart is initally beating fast through exersize.

I've had a variety of small arrhythmias since I was born, and basically ignored them up past age 50, when I started worrying more about them, but so far the doctors have been pretty useless, to tell the truth, but hey, I'm still standing 15+ years later so I guess they didn't miss anything big!
So I'm just saying, this kind of stuff happens, and you can live with it.
When my heart rhythm is off, at least when I was younger I'd go do "an Italian tuneup" on it and go exert myself to the max, try to burn off the excess carbon from my sparkplugs, or whatever, LOL.
Your mileage may vary, but that's my story, hope it helps.
