HDL/(LDL+VLDL) quotient in food?

Posted , 1 user is following.

When taking a look at the food packaging, I typically see total cholesterol percentage (e.g., in mg / 100 g). Is cholesterol in food free or bound to lipoproteins?

If cholesterol is free in food, have the percentages of the relevant lipoproteins (viz., HDL, LDL, and VLDL) in food been measured? If so, where to find the corresponding numbers?

If cholesterol is bound to lipoproteins in food, have the percentages of HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and VLDL cholesterol already been measured separately in food? And if they have, where do we find the corresponding numbers at least for the most common foods?
