    Hi Maria

I sometimes feel this overwhelming tired feeling /lightheaded and then a panic which makes matters worse . If I’m out I just have to get home to my safe haven .

Hi Maria.  I get frequent dizzy spells and lightheadedness; and at times I feel as though I am going to faint.  It isn't just when I get up or down though, it can be anytime or anywhere.  It scares the devil out of me, i'm tellin' ya.

It was so bad at work the other day, that I had to have my hubby come get me from work.  There was no way that I could drive without taking out a few innocent pedestrians.

I did see a dr. who ruled out heart issues, stroke and ear infection.  I guess I should be grateful (Hey honey, good new is I didn't have a stroke, bad news is I could very well be crazy)!

I don't feel right either, most women here don't.  You have my prayers and sympathy though, if it any consolation.

Karen I feel exactly as you’ve described, I had it for 2 1/2 year solid every day then when my periods stopped in 2015 it eased off but now it’s back again and like you I’ve had to be brought home from work several times or I would of been in a field somewhere. It just terrifies me and make me anxious which brings on other nasty symptoms, I’d so love to feel normal and get my life back and stop having to pretend I’m ok as no one would undersand. It’s really tiring feeling ill all the time isn’t it and after 6 years isn’t it time we had a rest, I’m still waiting for that normal feeling to come ?? Sending a big comforting hug to you all x

    Maria,

Yes I have a constant ringing and buzzing in my head, it makes me feel off balance. Very annoying!

I get that a lot, but not really sure it's connected with menopause since I've had it my whole life. could be hormone related though.
