Head cracks when turning/rotating it

Posted , 5 users are following.

When I turn/rotate my head, sometimes it makes cracking noises. Sometimes they are small, a couple of times they were big.. Is this okay? I do have a lack a food and water due to other health problems so im wondering if that's what causing it? The most worrisome ones are when the noises are big.. For example, I just turned my head and my skull made a big cracking sound.. usually it doesnt do this.

It could be from atlas misalignment.

It is the first bone on your spine. Chiro can adjust it. get a upper cervical chiropractor to take a look.

Mine creaks and cracks all the while, it doesn't seem to cause to many problems but i have since i have got older i have developed spondylitis of the neck but its no big deal really.

I think its a process of aging and it can start at any age
