HI SO JUST GONNA BE SHORT AND SIMPLE. IM A 25 yr old female. A FEW YEARS AGO I HAD MY FIRST PANIC ATTACK. they went away within time but now they have come back stronger, worse qnd more intense. i have tried SSRI's that made me worse. i am now on xanax as needed.

my main concern is my constant head dizziness feeling. dr keeps saying its my anxiety but i have doubts. im constantly feeling heavy headed and off balance. blood work came back fine except the fact my thyroid is slightly elevated. mri came back normal. seen a ENT and nuerologist and they say that im fine.

ive had the eply performed. ive tried vitamins and natural remedies and nothing!!

I THOUGHT IT COULD BE MY WISDOME TEETH THAT ARE IMPACTED BUT THEY DO NOT CAUSE ME ANY PAIN? anyone help plz

I agree that it is vertigo.. I have had BPPV a few times with labyrinthitis and the epley maneuver does help but i also have done physical Therapy which had made my recovery a lot faster..

I would contact you Ent and request physical therapy..

When my symptoms are triggered i have severe anxiety as well.. I take half a valium to calm me down because the anxiety makes things worse.

I hope you feel better.. It will get better. 🌻
