Head feels all wonky

Yup another crappy feeling. I was ok all day at work, got home took a shower and cooked dinner. While eating here it came, the feeling like for lack of s better description, like a ping pong ball bouncing around in my head and the awful floating on a raft feeling in my body while sitting, feeling like I'm being pushGetting a headache and neck and shoukder tensioned up while sitting. Oh let's not forget the anxiety. It's so weird how this stuff when it comes on bad it feels like so many things going on.

I have to admit also I was online and saw some stupid article about 17 things you should watch for that could be cancer. Well honestly I've been feeling like I won't be able to swallow when I'm driving and I know it's anxiety, but I saw difficulty swallowing and I guess it hit home. I know rationally it's anxiety but with health anxiety I can go over anytime. I know to most people it's just stupid and irrational. Also had some stomache stuff in this article and I had a weird pain and nausea before dinner and all I could think is something wrong. Then I wonder if my thoughts can be kicking in this dizziness. I also did VRT today and hadn't in a couple of days so wonder if that mixed up things. Good lord look at all this craziness because of my thinking.

Well thanks for listening

Had my MRI this morning. Took a hour and a half. Omg that thing was loud. Even with ear plugs I couldn't beleive it. Had knee MRI before. Having your head in that thing is way different. So loud was unreal.

I know exactly how you feel. When I had the MRI of the head they gave me the ear plugs and at one point I had to stop the MRI because the it was a like a drilling noise and I thought I was going to go out of my mind. Bad enough you have anxiety and then to have that on top of it but I did get through the rest of the test

Being real noise sensitive made it hard. But it didn't make my head spin to bad. A room full of kids made me almost hit the floor at my primarys office a couple days ago. I wonder why. That thing was louder than they where. Another symptom? Lol

VRT can bring on the dizziness later, especially if you haven't done it in awhile. And, look to your diet over the last 6 to 24 hrs. Those migraine triggers can cause a nasty dizzy flare. Or it could be something completely out of your control, like s hormonal shift.

You taking meds for the dizziness or vertigo? They will hinder your rehab exercises. They stuff you do makes you dizzy to retrain your brain to deal with it. If your on meds it won't work. What I was told.

I'm not taking any meds yets, I'm going to start propranolol on friday.  Ive been doing vrt for 4 months I just missed a couple of days so thought maybe it could have made me feel weird.  Could have been the anxiety I had also.

I hope you MRI results come out good and you start to feel better.

I sympathize with you. After I got my MRI results and everything was good all my symptoms seem to go away. Then last Sunday I had I guess had a vertigo attack and I feel like I'm right back at square one. Yesterday was probably one of the worst days I've had in a long time I was supposed to pick up my mother and the thought of driving the distance I had to made my anxiety kick in. I was dizzy all day. At one point I had rye bread toast and it gave me indigestion so my dizziness went away because I was concerned about the indigestion. It's a vicious cycle. Feeling a little better today still feel a little woozy but we'll see. Hope you feel better
