do you normally suffer from health anxiety? sometimes when our head feels tight that’s a sign of stress and anxiety. Don’t worry your heart is pumping enough blood to your brain. A heart rate of 75 is perfect. Sounds mostly like anxiety. I highly doubt you have a brain tumor because if you did you’d have a lot more symptoms than that! In fact your symptoms are not Brain tumor symptoms. Think of what in your life is giving you anxiety. Work? School? Family? Relationships? The best thing you can do is relax your mind as much as possible. Do you things you enjoy. Go for a walk, listen to music, if there are things in your life causing you stress, it always helps to talk with a counselor who can help you manage it. It feels really good to vent to somebody.

like I tell everybody, just have your yearly physical at the doctors office and if everything‘s OK then go live your life! You’re gonna be fine. ❤

also if you didn’t have enough blood being pumped in your brain, you wouldn’t even be able to write your message., Or do much of anything.

ok. people get all kinds of symptoms that are not harmful. But honestly yours do not sound serious . sometimes people have a little anxiety and don’t even realize it.
