Head fog, disassociation, rocking sensation when eyes closed

Hi,

I was reading some of these forums to try to find an answer to how I’m currently feeling but couldn’t. So instead I thought I’d ask to see if anyone had any ideas.

For the past 4-5 days I’ve felt quite foggy in my head (I haven’t been forgetful or off balance), it just feels as though I’m not 100% in the moment, that my mind is almost somewhere else. I’ve also been feeling some pressure in my head, particularly on the upper right side and occasionally between my eyebrows right in the centre.

When I close my eyes in bed before going to sleep I have this weird rocking sensation that makes it difficult to relax and fall asleep.

From the reading I’ve done I’ve gotten a wide variety of answers from headache to migraine to anxiety to a brain aneurysm.

Should I go to a doctor? Or assume it goes away?
