Head movements, head cramping and floaters

Hey everyone just had a quick question I wanted to see if anyone has gone or felt any of these things. I have been dealing with anxiety these past two months but has been getting better luckily and have been pretty good these past days. I haven't had an anxiety attack in a while just slight anxiousness all day. But through out the day I usually get these wierd head sensations like if my head is cramping slightly inside. Also like I get random like head/head movements it's wierd. Nothing too bad like bad spasms but more like slight twitches it's hard to explain. Along with that my jaw moves a lot on its own or I just do it subconsciously . I also see a change in my vision . Either I didn't pay attention to them as much back then but I see more floaters in my eyes I believe to be floaters ?? I see like slight dark see through lines all around my vision so I'm guessing theyre floaters but seem like there's more. I went to the eye doctors about 3 weeks ago and said she could see floaters but nothing too worry about just wanted to see if anyone has gone through this ? Also double vision every now and then.

Hi.  Are you on any meds for your anxiety?? Some that I've been on caused the jaw movement and slight twitches esp if I missed a dose.

    Hello Eduardo

I get floaters, it is generally just the fluid that keeps the eye moist, mine happen in summer months and I used to use eye drops to moisten the eye.

Sometimes if you feel it is really bad clean your eye with water on a tissue that will cool your eyes and lashes. Do you wear glasses or contact lenses with the latter you can see floaters between lens and eye, clean the lens and eye

If it does not clear return to Opticion

Always take advice from your opticion or GP as required.

I was actually thinking dry eye could be a possibility ! Especially since during these whole two months I've been ALOT on my phone . Would any regular eye drops help?

You probably have dry eyes. And i have gotten weird spasms. I think the spasms are actually in your neck and your head gets effected. Drink more water.

Yea I drink from half a gallon to a gallon a day of water to make sure I stay hydrated . Could be dry eyes. But could dry eyes cause all that?

No thats just theye part. I think the spasm or tension is in your neck causing the head stuff. Ive had that.

Hello , I also get weird head sensations from my anxiety and I.must say its very scary , I usually get feelings as if something is crawling under my scalp , or a headache of some sort , or a sharp shooting pain that comes and goes , tingling , pressure , burning scalp sensations, and twitching as well, all kinds or weird thing happen , I've had a MRI of my head and my Brain back march and everything came back fine , but I still sometimes find away to get worried about all the things that go on in my head .
