Head numbness and tingling, with nausea and bouts of pressure that only relieves when I lie down

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone had anything similar, I have been getting tingling and numbness on the top of my head and side of my face, its accompanied by dizziness, nausea and sometimes a pressure that only relieves when I lie down.

I have had it for 4 weeks now, am getting bloods done and quiet worried what it could be.
