I just wondered whether anyone with fibro suffered with head pain in the mornings?

My experience is, I don't wake up with head pain, in fact my head is usually remarkably clear. It is usually my body that is so relaxed that I am reluctant to get up! This is probably due to the Amitritylene I take. I do suffer with bloating, tho, and would be grateful for any advice on this.
Take care, Anne

The down side is that the pain has moved down to my eye level all of the way around.
I don't really have any stomach troubles though.

Stomach issues are probably IBS/IBD. Chronic inflammation in the stomach. I agree with the other post about figuring out what in your diet is aggravating it. Sugar is inflammation's best friend. But even a sensitivity to dairy or lactose, gluten or yeast can make it all so much worse.

I have always had bowl problems which I've just lived with but following 10 days of no bowel movement recently I had 2 days of suppisitries followed by an enema, 2 days of dioreah and now 3 days of constipation again :-( my stomach is so bloated I look 6 months pregnant and have terrible wind.
I don't know if this is ibs and just part and parcel of fibromyalgia but I feel for you as it is extremely uncomfortable.
Peppermint tea helps with the bloating and avoiding carbs also helps. Good luck

None of what you mentioned is in your head-you have been dianosed I take it with Fibro?
I wake up so sore I can hardly turn over and just to reach for a pillow is painful.
The average person may wonder where is my mind-but a person with fibro will
not question my discomfort.I think sometimes laying there will make it better but NO;getting up and moving around makes me soon forget abt the pain. However,if
a particular part of my body is being hit (that) day.I treat that with epson salt bath.
topical pain creams and acceptance that its (got me today).
So,treat what you feel when you can and sometimes just let it be--thats called acceptance.
