Try not to think worst-case scenario which a lot of people with anxiety do. Not sure if you have anxiety. People get all kinds of aches and pains and the vast majority are nothing serious .

when somebody has a new symptom I always advise just having it checked out with your doctor so you can have peace of mind. Are you under stress?  Anxiety and stress can cause headaches, pains anywhere and hundreds of other symptoms.

since it's been a week my advice would be to follow up with your doctor. It's good to have a physical at least once a year anyway so while you're there your doctor can just give you an overall check up.

if you do have anxiety, just remember that the more you think about your worries and fears the worse you will feel and the more symptoms you will have have  from the anxiety. Any symptoms that are related to anxiety cannot hurt you. They might feel weird and scary but they can't do more than that. ??

It may be your Anxiety, although you could have your eyes checked if this has not been don in the the last two years. If the headaches persist you could also make and appointment with your GP. These actions will help you understand many problems for example Anxiety may not be the problem.

    Eye Strain can cause headaches
