Head pains. Anxiety is terrible

so for a around 2 months ive been getting strange head pains stabbing squeezing pressure even twitching ill get it for a few seconds and thats it doesnt cause a lasting head ache sometimes it throws me off balance today it feels like my bone is bruised behind my right ear (might just be because i keep touching it lol) these pains are on top of head and the back of head both sides behind my ears ive been to the doctor and to a&e they check my eyes and do the basic neuro test but never get an answer my anxiety has been terrible for a while does anyone has these issues with anxiety ive suffered anxiety/panic attacks for over 10 years ive had loads of different anxiety symptoms but never anything for my head so its just making my anxiety worse

so there are all different kinds of headaches. Headaches and head pressure are very common with stress and anxiety. You could possibly be having tension headaches. It’s good that you got checked out and nothing was found. Really try working on reducing your anxiety and think if there’s anything in your life that is causing you stress. One thing that helps me a lot with stress headaches is getting a massage especially on my temples. But I would say if you’ve tried everything and you’re still getting that, just let your doctor know. I really doubt it’s anything serious though especially with your history of anxiety . Try to keep a positive mindset because when we worry that our anxiety goes up and then our sensations continue. I think you’re gonna be OK. Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water because many people get dehydrated and don’t even know and that can also cause headaches. Take care

thank youmy doctor requested an mri for peace of mind it does get worse when i focus on it so trying to keep occupied the back of my head just feel bruised randomly so weird maybe my posture or how i sleep i notice i always slouch forward so its probably something to do with my neck
