Head please help

Pain in both sides of my temple started yesterday on my left tender to touch as well then it went to my right side now it's on both

    Hi Jess, sorry about your headache. If it does not go away by tomorrow you really should go and see your doctor. Here's a thing to try, this worked for me. When a friend told me this I did not believe a word he said, and I just laughed at him. When my headaches were slowly getting worse I said to myself I'll give what he told me a try.He explained to me that in this day of high tech appliances people are being bombarded by pulse radiation,caused by cell phone towers smart metersand having a cell phone glued to your ear for a long period of time each day. He told me to u tube or google[HOW TO USE YOUR PHONE SAFELY ] which I did and took the advice it told me, and hey presto, my headaches have gone
