First off I just was upped on my Lexapro from 10mg to 20mg but even prior to that I’ve had this horrible head pressure and mild headache all over my head it feels like my head is full of air or something. I have bad brain fog and light headedness I just hope this is anxiety I’m scared of having a brain tumor or something sad

Hi Hayley, these are probably side effects from the medication or tension headaches. I think you need to give it more time. If things don’t improve then there are plenty of other medications you can try. You don’t have a brain tumour, anxiety just makes us worst case scenario our ailments instead of going with the more common and probable answers.

I experience the same symptoms. Head pressure. Pressure in temples and around ear. A weird feeling in head as if something is moving inside. A sudden stabbinh pain in temples. And these symptoms increase after exercise. I am pretty better when lying down. And obviously i fear the worst, brain tumor.

I have the same thing, pressure in my head and brain fog, sometimes a headache.  I am on 225 mg of Effexor which I have been on for years and 5mg of Lexapro which I have been on for 5 weeks.  Shouldn't these side effects be going away.  I am thinking of going back to my doc this week..I hate this.
