Head pressure and strange dizziness

Hello everyone. I have a story and I dont know whats going on with me now. It started around 3 weeks ago that I started to have strange dizziness, I dont know if I can call it dizziness, because I dont feel something is spinning, but I feel in my head some strange dizzy feeling. Feels like when we was kids, and we was spinning around our self many times then try to walk and cant because feeling mess in brain. Thats how I feel. I was in ear doctor, they checked my ear, also made balance test, check if its problem with inner ear, but they said my ears are fine. Then I went to eye doctor, because I have also pressure behind my eyes. Eye doctor said im fine, I have strong eyes and they are healthy. I had full blood test and everything is fine, ecxept my doctor said I have a bit high cholesterol, but he said nothing dangerous and also I already fixed that with healthy diet. They made EKG and said its also fine. I dont really know, because its not anxiety and not panic attacks. This two I had before, and I know how they feel. I still have xanax medication from long time ago, its not helping for my head and dizziness, but it did for my anxiety and panics in past, so im sure its not them I have now.
The symptoms is worsen only when im walking or standing up. When im laying I dont feel anything. The best way to describe symptom is when I look down with my head while standing and then I move it back up straight, I get confused inside my head, but not spinning and its always like that from 3 weeks. Or when looking into the phone, then after 1min looking up somewhere is same feeling, getting confused in my head and feeling off balance. I dont have any pains in my back or neck. I had MRI scan of my head and my neck - 1.5 year ago. Could something change in that time and I get some serious condition? Sometimes im worried that I have tumor in my head, but blood test didnt showed. Im also feeling most of time nausea, when I have this kind of dizzy, I feel like im gonna throw up. The dizziness(feeling strange balance) is worse when im walking outside somewhere. Sometimes when I stand up I get painful pressure for seconds in my temples, but I also have sometimes soft pressure in them for long time. Most pressure I have in my back of head, both temples, but mostly left. My vision is also really strange, even I was in eye doctor, I have strange vision, its not double vision, but i see around things lights or something. If I keep looking at the person inside the eyes, I cant look so long, because then things around the person im looking starting to disappear, like I was looking at the light for so long time. Dont have any floaters. Im sorry if I wrote text horrible, but I hope you gonna understand me. The problem is my doctor keep saying it can be anxiety or something. But I dont know which doctor I should visit now or what else I should do. I cant concentrate on doing my things anymore, can go outside with family, all the time feeling passing out from that pressure in my head, feeling confused and lost, like im not from this earth. If anybody want to ask me more, you are welcome. Im gonna answer fast to your questions guys. Im also waiting for advices and what I should do.

Thanks for your reply. How do I know if I dont have something serious in my head? As I said for example "tumor"? I know I sound crazy, in my age its stupid to have brain tumor, when also my family member nobody had in past. What you offer me to do?

Hello,
Sorry your not feeling well, I know it can be frustrating at times......not knowing what is going on with your body....Do you have any other medical conditions ???? Just wondering , it could be a combined condition??? Do you take any prescription medicine daily or just stopped recently or just stated any ???? Please forgive me I'm not trying to be noisy, just getting some information on you....and you are a female or male and how old are you? It could be a lot of different things , just trying to put it all together.... good luck !!!!!!!!! Coral 😊🏝🏖🇺🇸

Yes that what happens to me to it just didn't know how to explain to everyone. My eyesight feels funny. Plus I get double vision on things that are high lighted. Like traffic light at night I see double or content written on computer or TV in bright with dark ink shows double. I have seen optician too and he said nothing wrong with my eyes . But could be problems in my head.

Yes it is an odd one all round. Just for all your information, I never show anything odd on scans and my bloods are often unremarkable with only slightly raised esr and crp. It's a difficult disease to pin down and it took a year with an immunologist to be properly diagnosed. And diagnosis came after I have an episode of uveitis while under her care. It's a bit of a 'smoking gun' symptom.

Have you ever had your lungs X-rayed or Ct scanned? It's kind of unusual with all your other symptoms that your left lung is involved..... not to worry you but I have all your symptoms plus more and my left lung always bothered me.. they kept saying pneumonia but for two years straight I was being hospitalized every six months, finally did lung biopsy , found out I have a lung disease not cancerous thank god ... just get a lung X-ray to rule it out , that's something less you have to worry about..you tell any doctor your left lung bothers you they will give you an X-ray with no problems...good luck , stay positive, things will change for the better with an good attitude 😊🏝🇺🇸
