Head pressure, ear discomfort, feeling like blacking out

I have had headaches almost everyday for a year. Along with these headaches i get terrible pain in my neck that radiates to my ear the only way to get a little relief is to put pressure on it. Lately i have gain more weird symptoms. I have brain fog, my left hand when going to reach for things sometimes spasms, I get a feeling of passing out get hot then have to use the bathroom, tremors when i am falling asleep, random pains in head that last seconds, floaters as well as flashes of light in my eyes, constant pressure in my head. I was told a long time ago i have generalized anxiety disorder as well as fibromyalgia and aura without the migraine i also work on the coputer all day. I saw the eye doctor ( glasses needed) and I had an MRI everything was fine. I went to a chiropractor it relieved some of the pressure for an hour. Any one have any similar symptoms? any relief?
