Head pressure, ear ringing, dizziness, adrenaline

Is anxiety causing adrenaline to constantly shoot through my body ? Like it’s a feeeling of cold chills. I’ve also had ear ringing, head pressure and little mild headaches. Went to the doctor and they didn’t do a MRI but they did say I had just a little fluid behind my ears and I also suffer from anxiety

Anxiety is the likely culprit, but demand a MRI to rule out tumor and multiple sclerosis. I have anxiety for 6 months straight. Every time I close my eyes to sleep I get adrenaline surge. Its ridiculous. I have to take mirtzapine and drink alcohol just to get 5 hours of sleep. Some nights I do not even sleep. Anxiety ruined my life. Stay away from benzodiazepines. Exercise, diet, massages and distractions are the only way I cope. Surprised I'm still alive actually.

Yeah like a few weeks ago while I was at school (college) anxiety kept me up. I would stay up until like 5am and had class at 9. I would be in class in a complete dazz almost like a staring off into space confused feeling probably from the lack of sleep. I had started taking some sleeping pills and now I get a good 8hrs of sleep. But I get almost constant adrenaline surges through my body. The head pressure on the other hand is off and on . And why are you surprised your still alive?

College is huge source of anxiety for me. I been in fight or flight mode for six months, I was kinda hoping I would just die of a heart attack at some point. How long can the body/mind endure. There are worse things then death, anxiety, OCD and insomnia just to name a few. You will come to a point where sleeping pills no longer work. Just never take benzodiazepines.

Doctor offered to prescribe me anti depressants I thought I might try those and my anxiety comes from worrying about health . Like a few weeks ago I had bronchitis and would google symptoms on google and it popped up things like lung blood clots so I would worry and when I type in symptoms of head pressure and dizziness crazy things pop up and I worry

Cold chills and shivering are common with anxiety. I used to think I was getting the flu. You’re body is behaving like it’s in shock because of the cortisol and adrenaline pumping through you. If you need help sleeping, find an over the counter drug like an antihistamine that causes drowsiness or a motion sickness tablet.  They work and aren’t addictive.  Stop taking sleeping pills.  Your sleep quality and stages aren’t  natural on them so it’s not restorative in the long term.
