Head pressure- Headache.

So amongst all my other symptoms that I've posted about which thankfully have let up, now all I'm worried about is this bad headache I've been having.
It's more like a pressure feeling but it's making me so lightheaded and dizzy and making me feel so imbalanced when I stand. I constantly feel like I'm gonna faint and I can't concentrate on anything. đŸ˜¦ I feel like I'm in a fog.

pressure headaches are extremely common with stress and anxiety. It can also make you feel lightheaded and dizzy and imbalanced. I have had that happen to me many times over the years. Feeling like you are in a fog is from the adrenaline and anxiety. my pressure headaches took several months to finally subside.
you need to bring down your anxiety level. There are some great mindfulness meditation’s on YouTube.

Hi,
I suffer from this pretty much every day. It seems to be worse when around other people for too long, at work I start the day off feeling somewhat normal but as the day progresses feel increasingly worse. Building head pressure, stiff neck, dizziness, brain fog, off-balance sensation - at this point i cannot bear others talking to me giving too much information. It probably doesn't help that I don't like my workplace or some of my colleagues.
All physical tests normal and no meds seems to ease the problem. Apologies I cannot give an answer but if it of any re-assurance you are certainly not alone.

I have terrible headaches 24/7. Antidepressants and anti-anxiety, plus meditation will help the headaches. I have been taking medications for 6 months, my headaches down 80%.
