Head pressure, squeezing sensation, anxiety?

Does anyone get pressure build up in the head and behind nose. And a extremely intense squeezing feeling in the head?? It's scares me so much.

I've been having all kinds of headaches but these scare me the most. It lasted 60 minutes or more. And now I feel sick, dizzy, short of breath
