Head pressure, vision issues etc

Hello
I'm 48 and my periods are irregular and I have hot flushes so def in peri
In December I was driving with a friend and suddenly got this strong pressure sensation in the back of my head. My vision went cloudy and my hearing muffled. It lasted a second but happened again twice before I got home. I continued to get this the next day. Saw GP who ran bloods and ordered a brain mri.
All clear.
I am now feeling fuzzy most of every day, often have cloudy vision and while I've had 3 bad headaches over the past 2 months most days it feels like I'm going to get a migraine but no actual headache.
I'm on meds for anxiety since 2015 but very low dose and no problems with it.
Can anyone relate or give they thoughts?

Hello from Berlin,
I know this "thing" very, very well! I have had this for many years now. I am 52 and in the midst of menopause 😃
It is the scariest thing a person can experience BUT please stop going to MRIs and doctors or blood scans etc They wont find anything.
Doctors here in Berlin (not even specialists like neurologists etc) wont know this "thing".
I have found these occurences as "brain zaps/body zaps/body jolts" throughout the internet.
They occur in:
menopause
in patients with migraines
in people with panic attacks
during taper/withdrawal of Antidepressants or Benzodiazepines
or without any apparent cause 😃
They come suddenly out of the blue, while driving, while, sitting on the couch, while trying to fall asleep...
I will have them many times a time, or not at all for a few weeks. It varies on the state of your vegetative system.
It starts with a sort of sudden adrenaline rush in your stomach area/solar plexus area, a sort of falling feeling in your guts(like sitting on a swing or going down too fast in an elevator or like the feeling you get when someone scares you). This adrenaline wave shoots to the head, puts weird pressure to the head or brain, feels like someone is dimming the current for a split second in your brain and then turn it up again. Your vision is strange and the hearing in one ear is strange or "far away" or muffeled. Sometimes one ear rings shortly for a split second. When they are really strong, my upper body even makes a slight k´jerk or jolt to the front. It then feels like a real scare or startle, the ones you get when there is a real outside cause.
Then the "thing" is gone.....and leaves a person often times with a racing heart or shivering or sweating or sort of restless.
Nothing really helps BUT you could try:
muscle relaxation after Jacobson
taking magnesium (600mg per day)
taking omega 3
taking Vitamin D
and deep breathing if you get one....sometimes deep breathing doesnt male these "things" very strong, they make them sort of milder.
