Head sensation

Hi. Just tonight when I tried to fall asleep I began to hear my heart in my head. My heartbeat is normal but why am I feeling it in my head? The feeling is like my heart is in my head. My head doesn't hurt tho. Is this something bad? Can anyone please reassure me? Thanks in advance.

That sensation also occurred to me one time before like i could feel some weird beats or tremors coming from my head. probably just one of those random but benign feelings that our body produces, i think. our body has some mysteries as well that even other doctors or scientists couldn't explain 😕

Thanks for answering. I had this feeling for the whole night a didn't sleep a wink. I'm really worried that it's maybe something serious.

If you are really worried about it, i suggest that you DO NOT, PLEASE, DO NOT LOOK UP YOUR SYMPTOMS AT GOOGLE because its just gonna give you more worries, resulting for you to have a much worse health anxiety and try to check your blood pressure atleast or have an appointment with a doctor for a check-up for some assurances.

It's kind of too late for that, I already googled it. Found everything I didn't want to. I would go to the doctor but I'm kind of far away from the hospital and my family is really busy today so no one is able to drive me and going by the bus alone is not really going to happen so yeah...And not to mention that tomorrow is weekend so I need to wait for Monday. The problem is that I'm scared that it's going to get worse if I lay down and sleep and as I mentioned, I didn't even sleep the previous night and now I'm so tired and maybe that's causing for me to feel worse.

I told you that it'll make it worst but just avoid doing it frequently because the more that you focus on searching, the more that you will dig a deeper rabbit hole for yourself and its gonna make things even worst. effects of anxiety can linger for a long time as well which sucks even though you aren't really in an anxiety phase, you'll just suddenly feel something off about yourself from out of nowhere. Yeah, its really hard when you really don't have any other options and you just can't do anything about it, i feel you on that part as well. i slept last night but it wasn't a proper sleep tho, woke up at 3 am then i managed to sleep again before 6 because of the roosters here on our area that gave me a hard time sleeping : ) but hey, if you need someone to talk to about anything especially if its bothering you, my message box is open and i think we live in a same timezone as well xd

nothing to worry about. It’s basically that your ears are picking up the sound of your heart beat so it sounds like it’s in your head. It may be pulsating stronger because of anxiety so you would hear it even more. The more you relax the less you will hear it.

if you can’t relax about it have your doctor check you out. But stop googling it’s not going to pertain to your individual situation. You’re going to scare yourself and then feel worse. Google always gives the worst case scenario about every symptom. They never really tell you what the common reasons are that are non-serious.

Thank you so much! You really helped me to relax even for a little bit. Thank God, for now I don't have any other symptoms and I hope I won't have them. I will definitely go to the doctor on Monday since it's weekend tomorrow and I'm not really case for the emergency. I hope everything is going to be okay.

yeah, going for a general check-up ain't gonna hurt a soul since its all about health which is very important. hoping that the results would turn out to be good although i won't be surprised if it did since anxiety can provide a lot of weird sensations on our body not just dizziness, constipation, heart palpitation, hyperventilation and etc like there might be some other uncommon symptoms as well who knows
