head voices

Does anyone experience voices inside there head when they are about to fall asleep.

Its happened twice to me where I hear my sister or partner talking inside my head not outside my head as im nodding to sleep then I jump up.

Could this be a sympton of high anxiety

    Hi I would make appointment with your gp about this. I'm not no doctor but stress can do this. Anxiety is another one. Talk to your doctor about the voice s

      Its never easy when its all happening and its so hard to halt it. Have you invested in some self help books that you can read at your pace and re train yourself to think differently. I can send you some title if you want

      You do need to see your doctor thou as well, they need to look after you too

    I've experienced this a few times Tanya and put it down to anxiety, our minds being concious of falling asleep if you like, half way asleep and being awake. It's related to this sleep thing I'm sure that I get a lot called a hypnic jerk - Google it (don't worry its nothing scary but the medical term for the 'jump start' thing that you can get when falling asleep) Fran

    Hi Tanya, nothing to worry about, it's part of the sleep pattern and a state of hypnosis.

    Its a good time to tell yourself some positive affermations as your sub concious is open. N

    I'd say so you have far too much electrical activity going on and need to calm brain down

    please talk to gp you can go on your own and tell him a out this it's important as it will help direct your meds better

      Put sublingual music from utube as im fallen asleep.
