Head weird

Hi everyone, I'm a newcomer on the forum, but reading all the complaints now for some time. I'm from South Africa and can't find the same discussions here. Just want to know from your girls if you also have this weird feeling in your head like you want to pass out but never does, and dizziness. I also have this clicking sound in my neck/head can't realy say where it is from (but certainly not from my ears). I don't have a lot of hot flashes. I'm 52 and had a partial hysterectomy at 41.

Hi Ansie, yes I get those feelings a lot, dizziness, spaced out and wobbly - I had oophorectomy 18 months ago and hysterectomy over 20 yrs ago, also the clicking I get as well, it feels like it's at the base of my neck when I turn in certain ways, do you get migraines? I do and I wonder if it's linked to that, I don't know, but what I do know is that you're not alone ! Always something ! Hope you ok, just off to work now so chat soon, take care xx

    Hi Annie

Welcome to the forum! I am also ex South African, but living in sunny Australia.

I also have intermittent dizziness or lightheadness, not all of the time, some months worse than other and occasionally accompanied by heat sensation starting in the chest area.

Very frustrating that the peri symptoms come and go. At the moment, most frustrating is hair loss. I'm moulting! Also increased anxiety and dry skin and erratic periods.

    I'm 44.
