I have off the gabapentin for over a month and all of a sudden I have an awful headache, mainly frontal lobe. Movement, light, noise all makes it worse. 5 days in a row.
Anyone else?

I'm still on gab, down to 300 mg from 2700 over almost 2.5 years. I had one taper which a headache for about 9 straight days. I know others get them as part of their taper. I take 8-10 weeks or longer between tapers, so I've noticed something other who wait only 4 weeks or less don't notice. My worst taper times are 5-7 weeks after the drop. The first couple weeks I don't have much, an odd bad stretch, but not like I get in those other weeks. So I'm not surprised this popped up for you. I'm sorry it happened, but not surprised. A number of reputable groups say it can take many months after the last dose to fully, or almost fully recover. I don't want to believe it, but I think it's true.
