Hello Ladies
Do you experience headache?
How does yours feel like?
Mine is on both side of my head , above the ear
Mine is bad, i can't do my chores, need to sleep to make it go away and have to take pain killer.

i get crippling migraines, this last one lasted 6 days with vomiting x

always had migraines, but not like this, they have gotten 10 times worse with periods closer together x

yes i have had tension headache for past year above ear in temples forehead
i dont sleep well which i think makes headaches worse

Sound like mine. Does your tension headache on or off or bother you the whole day?
I use Peppermint EO but it only relief the headache for a while.

Yes. I was saying the other day that paracetamol is my best friend. They're tension-y, sometimes migraine-y, and are more infuriating when they're coupled with this hot/stuffy/full head feeling (sorry, can't think of a better description).

no, ive come off codeine after years, only on 1 a day nothing touches it though x
