I am 24 years old. I am wearing spects from when i was 9 year old. My eyesight power is also very high, -6.5 and -7. In November i had a chekup and my number was increased. From few weeks i am having continuous headache,straining and blurry vision. What should i do?

My prescription was very similar to yourself . I also had a very bad astigmatism. I suffered from severe headaches & blurry vision . I was referred to an opthalmologist who discovered I had a muscle convergence . Which basically meant the muscles in my eyes weye weaker than they should . I was given excercises to do which did make the muscles stronger . After skit if consideration I then decided to have refractive lens replacement surgery & now no longer need glasses .
