I have 30 years,every time if i sleep less than 7 hours i get dizzines and neck pain all the day,my legs are weak and i have trouble speaking,nausea and feling a cloud in my head.i cant function that day at all next night if i sleep 7 or more hours i feel normal and great next day. What is wrong with me? I have anxiety and spondilosis..please help me
