Headache and ENT symptoms

hi guys, i've been experiencing globus sensation from last 4 months. to rule out any serious causes they did an EGD on me and it only showed Reflux, furthermore, my ENT ordered MRIs (Brain, face, sinuses and neck) to rule out any lesions. MRIs came normal, the conclusion said that i have small bilateral lymph nodes in neck and mild enlargement of tonsils. also there is mild deviated septum (from childhood injury). i do face reflux and post nasal drip all the time as well.

now coming to my symptoms that are bothering me, when swallowing or blowing up air in my nose/mouth i feel clicking sound in my left (sometimes both) ears. this sound is also hearable by others as its pretty loud. doctor told me it's related to my TMJ as my jaw joint locks sometimes but the joint was always there while this clicking is from last 2 weeks, there is also headache specially above my left eye kindly advise what's wrong.
