Headache at the same time

Has anyone else experienced headaches at the same time every night fr the past month or so... every night at about 730 I get the start of a headache just that feeli nf of one coming on.. and by 8 it's a full blown headache every single night. I'm not sure if this can be a symptom of fibromyalgia. I haven't seen my dr about any of it yet so I'm just trying to get all my symptoms figured out before I go see her.. thanks!

Oh that does not sound good. I used to get headaches really bad and occasionally still do. Once had a vile migraine that gave me blurred vision and then I couldn't sleep either but thankfully that seemed a one off, but for it to go on every day is not good so get yourself to a doctor asap. I know my acupuncturist has said my fibromyalgia and headaches are all connected,but I don't get them off but I know stress triggers a headache. Go docs, try relaxation before 7.30, nice bath and see how you get on. Feel better soon

The fact that it happens at the same time every night might have to do with your diet and what you're having for dinner. I get headaches not only from fibro but also bc I am hypoglycemic. May want to get your sugar checked.

I've had my sugar checked and nothing has changed in my diet it just started all of a sudden about a month or so ago.. only thing I can find online is cluster headaches I go to the dr Thursday so hopefully have an answer then wish me luck!
