Headache, brain fog, constant ringing in my ears, head pressure lack of focus.

So this has been going on for several weeks now. I have an overall mild pressure feeling in the head, its not painful at all, but is just really aggravating. Most days I also have bad brain fog with it seems like most of the time there is a cloud over my brain and I never have any mental clarity or a clear head. There have been times when I need to focus, and it is damn near impossible. My cognitive function seems to be getting worse by the day. I often feel, as though the pressure is going to make my head explode no OTC medicine works, my GP prescribed Fiorcet and it barely touches it. I also get random sharp cramping pains in the head, they are quite painful but do not bother me so much as they only usually last a second or two, this has calmed some and haven't had one of these in a week or so. It often feels as though my brain is malfunctioning somehow and my cognitive function and senses are all out of whack, its hard to explain. It seems as though the headache gets worse as I go through the day, until it almost incapacitates me in the afternoons, at least until I lay down and rest a bit. Then it is usually better, but not always. Like I have the head pressure, completely foggy headed, I don't feel bad, other than this but I don't feel good if that makes sense. I have also for the last several weeks been having night sweats and hot flashes usually for about 4 or 5 days a week, the only pattern to them that I can notice is the hot flashes are way more apparent when I am stressed, so not sure if they are relevant. I also have tinitus in both ears, I have been having craniosacral therapy for that, without much success as yet. Some days are better than others but the headache and pressure in my head are pretty much constant.

I am thinking my hormones may be out of whack. I am 50 yo male, I have an appointment with my GP tomorrow, and plan on asking him for a referral to an endocrinologist, I feel like it may be a thyroid issue that started all of this.
