Headache / Dizziness and can't sneeze out for 3 weeks

Hey community,

I am having strange symptoms since 3 weeks now every single day, which really bother me a lot. It started 3 weeks ago, when I began to feel dizzy. The next few days I had very strong headaches 24/7, until I saw a doctor to give me Paracetamol. Whenever I am taking them, my headaches are ok for a few hours, even though the dizziness always persists. Then I noticed that suddenly I am not able to sneeze out anymore, even though I feel sometimes a strong tingle in my nose. The headaches seem to worsen at evening and can be localized at the forehead and at both sides of my temples. Sometimes the pain even reaches to my ears. Also, sometimes I have nausea, but not every single day and I never vomited or anything. The headache and dizziness let me barely concentrate and focus on anything during the day.

I already had a blood test and a MRI of my head/brain, but everything turned out fine. Sometimes I am worried that it could be something serious, but the doctors already don't seem to take me serious anymore. Anybody else has an idea what it could be?
